The Michelle Walker Team (MWT), a female-run real estate group with 15 years of experience in the Toronto housing market, sought to enhance their social media presence. Their goal was to reflect their established brand while leveraging modern social strategies to increase engagement and solidify their position as market leaders.
Challenges
MWT faced the challenge of developing a premium social media strategy that honored their existing brand elements while seamlessly integrating their current real estate content. They needed a cohesive approach across all social channels to boost customer loyalty and distinguish themselves in a competitive market.
Content Creation & Templates: We populated MWT’s social media channels with a steady stream of weekly content, using custom-designed Photoshop templates. These templates were crafted to be both user-friendly and adaptable, allowing the MWT team to efficiently create and maintain branded content.
Targeted Social Strategy: To align with MWT’s brand persona and effectively reach their target audience, we crafted a targeted social media strategy. This strategy was meticulously designed to adhere to social media best practices, optimizing engagement and expanding the reach of their content across all channels.
Client Empowerment: To ensure the MWT team could confidently manage their social presence, we produced a short instructional video. This video guided them through the design process, enabling them to effectively use the provided templates and tools for ongoing content creation.
Post Treatment Design: Leveraging both new and existing brand elements, we developed a series of post treatments that created a consistent and polished look across all social channels. This approach ensured that MWT’s content reflected their premium positioning and resonated with their audience.
Modernization & Distinction: Finally, we modernized all social content with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic that set MWT apart from their competitors. This enhancement not only elevated MWT’s social media presence but also solidified their reputation as leaders in the Toronto real estate market.
Solutions

Brand Guidelines Development: Developed comprehensive brand guidelines that seamlessly integrated existing brand elements including the introduction of four secondary colors to the color palette, clear usage guides for their logo and defined typefaces, ensuring that all visual assets aligned cohesively across various platforms.
